FEE RULES
The management reserves the right to revise the fee structure whenever found necessary at the beginning of an academic year.
No remission of fee is allowed on account of long absence.
Security deposit will be refunded only at the time of withdrawal of the child at the end of the academic year by giving three month’s notice on or before 31st December.
Fees once paid are neither refundable nor adjustable.
Blood Brother/sibling who is dependent on the same parents shall be allowed a concession of 10% in the school annual Fee Head only. Concession will be granted on receipt of written request from parent only.
School annual fee can also be paid in two instalments by 1st April & 1st November.
If the instalments of fee are not paid within the due date, a late fee of Rs.100/- per day will be levied. The school will not send any reminder in this regard.
If the instalments of school fee and late fee due is not paid within 30 days, the name of the ward(s) will automatically be struck off. However, re-admission may be considered on the Principal’s discretion on a payment of Rs.10000/- .
There is a separate fee and fee structure for NRI students.
LEAVE RULES
Leave is not granted during a term. Special leave, at the discretion of the Principal, is granted for a maximum of two days for the weddings of immediate relatives. Applications have to be made in advance and should include a copy of the invitation. Similar leave is allowed to offer condolences to immediate relatives. The two days leave allowed excludes the travel time.
In case of extension of a vacation or sanctioned leave without prior intimation, the child's name is liable to be struck off the rolls. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered on the merit of each case.
SCHOOL RULES
The aim of the school is to develop disciplined children who are punctual, gentle, truthful and sincere to themselves, their classmates and the country. By doing so, the students will make their stay comfortable and worthwhile, which will help the school organization to run smoothly. To ensure this the school adopts the following code. The school expects every student to follow it strictly .
1. Student should carry the dairy daily to school.
2. Students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. The school uniform must be worn on all working days.
3. Shouting and whistling is not allowed in the school.
4. Each student must be punctual and regular in attendance.
5. Changing of classrooms between periods, wherever necessary, should be done in silence and orderly manner.
6. Students should take pride in caring for school properly. Remember that it belongs to community and you are a part of school community. Care should be taken of class furniture namely computer, cupboards, desks and chairs etc. habit of writing or carving names on benches, scratching etc are strictly prohibited. In case of deliberate destruction of any school property, the student will have to pay the cost of the equipment. Property damaged along with a penalty of 50%.
7. Valuable articles should not be brought to school.
8. Students must converse in English all the time. Learn to speak softly, clearly and with courtesy.
9. Student must not be rude and disobedient to teachers, prefects and wardens/matrons. Usage of abusive or offensive language in the conversation is strictly prohibited.
10. Students are not supposed to miss any teaching / games/ activity period.
11. Follow the code of sportsmanship viz. stick to the rules, keep temper cool, body fit, a shout heart in defeat, a pride under victory, a sound soul, a clear mind and a healthy body while playing games.
12. Students must be in proper sports uniforms while on field.
13. Chewing gum and pan masala are totally prohibited in the school premises.
14. The hostels are out of bounds when school is in progress.
15. Keep bed tidy; belongings neatly in the cupboards and trunks.Dormitory should always be a place of attraction.
16. It is dangerous to play or tamper with electrical installations .Ensure that lights and fans are turned off when not in use.
17. Do not play with a ball / racket / bat / hockey stick in the dormitories and corridors.
18. Incense sticks / candles are not to be lighted in the dormitory.
19. It is crime to steal or destroy articles belongings to other students. If you find lost articles hand them over to your house master / mistress.
20. No student is allowed to keep more than Rs. 50/- with him. Excess amount should be deposited with the house master / mistress.
21. Medicines prescribed or the schedule of treatment prescribed by the family doctor, must be brought to the notice of the school doctor.
22. No student, who is ill, will be allowed to remain in the dormitory unless the warden or house mistress / master gives permission.
23. Medical center is also out of bounds except for those who report in sick. When sick or in need of medical help; you must first approach your house master / mistress.
24. Students are not permitted to visit other student’s hostel or houses. Students are not permitted to visit the residence of staff members.
25. Enter the dining hall in prescribed dress and behave in civilized manner. At the dining table learn to eat in a decent way and never waste food.
26. Do not climb on beds, tables, chairs or cupboards in the dormitory. Such an act is considered uncivilized. No one is allowed to go up on the roof or climb trees in and around the school compound.
